Bourne Youth Baseball
Welcome to Bourne Youth Baseball, located in Bourne, Massachusetts! Bourne Youth Baseball offers a recreational baseball league for children ages 4-16. We have both Spring and Fall seasons.
BYB is a proud charter member of the Cal Ripken/Babe Ruth Baseball League. This organization consists of over 1 million participants and 50,000 teams and is widely regarded as the premier national youth baseball and softball program.
Our organization exists thanks to the dedication of our volunteers. All coaches undergo a full background check. The BYB Board is made up of committed volunteers who are elected to serve annual terms.
We can never have enough volunteers! Let us know if you’d like to help make a difference in the lives of these wonderful kids.
Statement from the President of Bourne Youth Baseball
Dear Bourne Youth Baseball Families and Supporters,
I am thrilled to address you as the newly appointed President of the Board of Directors for Bourne Youth Baseball. It is an immense honor to serve in this capacity, and I am eager to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Having been a part of the Bourne Youth Baseball community for some time, I have witnessed the passion and dedication that defines us. I want to express my gratitude to the outgoing president Mitch Kirkland and the entire board for their hard work and commitment to our players.
As we enter a new era, my primary focus is on fostering an environment that not only nurtures the love of the game but also promotes the personal development of each young athlete. Baseball is not just about the wins and losses on the field; it's about instilling values, building character, and creating lasting memories.
I am committed to working collaboratively with our coaches, volunteers, parents, and the community at large to ensure that Bourne Youth Baseball continues to be a place where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Together, we will build on the foundation laid by those before us and strive for excellence in every aspect of our organization.
In the coming weeks and months, I look forward to meeting each of you, hearing your insights, and working together to make Bourne Youth Baseball the best it can be. Your support and involvement are crucial to our success, and I am excited about the positive impact we can achieve together.
