Welcome to Bourne Youth baseball 2010. We have been working all winter so that
we can bring you the best season yet in Bourne Youth Baseball.
Registrations continue. You may visit us on line at
www.byb.org, print a registration
form and mail it to us, or you may stop at Tom’s T.V. on main street in Buzzards
Bay and register there. If you wish to volunteer in any capacity at all, we
thank you, but you must fill out a CORI check form, and give us a photo copy of
your driver’s license.
Tryouts will be held on April 3. Please check the web site for your tryout
time. If you have prior responsibilities during your tryout time, you may come
at another time, so that your son or daughter has the opportunity to tryout,
just inform one of our tryout volunteers when you arrive.
This year’s parade will be on Saturday April 24, 2010, beginning at 10:00
a.m. at Buzzards Bay Park.
Also this year. We will be hosting the 12 year old, Cal Ripken State
Tournament. This is going to be a great week of baseball, as we will have 10
teams from across Massachusetts playing here on the way to the New England
Regional, with the winner of the Regional moving onto the Cal Ripken World
Series. Volunteers are needed to insure the success of this very popular
tournament.
