Minor West Blue Jays Mark Robinson CORI PROCESS *Bourne Youth Baseball and Babe Ruth must adhere to the Town of Bourne’s CORI Policy. This policy is available at www.townofbourne.com under the Recreation Department link. *All CORI applicants must submit the CORI form and a copy of their driver’s license. The application can be mailed to: Bourne Youth Baseball/Bourne Babe Ruth, Attn: CORI Officer, P.O. Box 266, Buzzards Bay, Ma 02532 or submitted to a coach/coordinator that agrees to pass it along to the CORI Officer. *The information is then processed with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Criminal History Systems Board. The process takes about 2 weeks. Sometimes there are delays. *The information contained on the application or the CORI report received by the Criminal History Systems Board is kept confidential by the CORI Officer. *If an offense is listed on the CORI report that does not comply with town guidelines, you will be contacted by the CORI Officer and given the Appeal Application
